Natasha joined Chambers as a tenant in 2019 following successful completion of her pupillage under the supervision of Matthew Rees (Family) and Dyfed Thomas (Crime).

Natasha studied Law at Swansea University where she achieved a First Class Honours. She then completed the BPTC at BPP University Bristol and obtained pupillage at Angel Chambers the same year.

Natasha has developed a broad practice in private law and public law children matters, small claims, personal injury and other civil matters, prosecution and defence cases in the Magistrates and Youth Courts.


Practice Areas

Family law

Private Law:

Natasha represents both Applicants and Respondents before all levels of the Judiciary at the County Court at all stages of private law proceedings. Natasha has represented clients in respect of conciliation, directions hearings, dispute resolution appointments, and final hearings in respect of Child Arrangement Orders. Natasha further represents clients in respect of Non-Molestation Orders and Occupation Orders. Natasha frequently represents parents who are alleging or being accused of domestic violence.

Public Law:

Natasha represents parents in a range of public law matters including interim care order applications, case management hearings, C2 applications, issue resolution hearings and final hearings.

Criminal Law:

Natasha is regularly instructed to prosecute on behalf of the Crown Prosecution Service in the Magistrates Courts and Youth Courts which include Aberystwyth, Haverfordwest, Carmarthen, Llanelli, Swansea, Merthyr Tydfil, Llandrindod Wells, Cardiff and Newport Magistrates Courts.

She also is regularly instructed to appear on behalf of the defence in the Magistrates Court for bail applications, sentences and trials.

Natasha regularly prosecutes and defends in a wide range of criminal cases such as public order offences, offences against the person, driving offences, sexual offences, drug offences, fraud and theft.

Natasha is also instructed to make Domestic Violence Protection Orders on behalf of the police.

Natasha is a Level 1 on the Crown Prosecution Service Advocate Panel.

Civil law

Natasha represents Claimants and Defendants in respect of small claims which include personal injury matters, breach of contract and road traffic accident claims. Natasha represents clients at preliminary hearings, stage 3 hearings, trials in respect of disputes over liability and in respect of disputes over quantum including credit hire matters and general damages. 

Natasha represents both Claimants and Defendants in matters concerning applications to set aside default judgment, possession hearings and other debt matters.
