Hannah is regularly instructed for both the prosecution and defence in Crown, Magistrates and Youth Courts. She has undertaken an array of instructions in the Crown Court, including: trials, sentence hearings, appeals, and confiscation proceedings. She deals with a wide variety of offences including fraud, drugs, motoring, and violent and sexual offences. Hannah is a Grade 1 Prosecutor on the CPS Panel.
R v D 2017 – Successfully prosecuted a two count indictment concerning dangerous driving where the sole issue in the case was identification.
R v S 2017 - Successfully represented the appellant in an appeal against conviction in relation to one charge common assault.
R v T 2018 - Hannah represented the defendant in a Newton Hearing in respect of one count of possession with intent to supply a drug of Class A.
Hannah is instructed in relation to prosecutions brought on behalf of Local Authorities. She has acted in cases involving product safety and unfair/aggressive commercial practices. She is currently instructed in a matter in the Crown Court concerning an allegation of fraud, product safety and unfair and aggressive commercial practices.
