Clerks and staff

The Members and Clerks at Angel Chambers aim to provide the highest standard of service at all times to each of our professional and lay clients.

To maintain those standards, state of the art computer and advanced administrative systems are in place in order to ensure speedy communication between Clerks and Members of Chambers.

The Clerks’ room is staffed between 8:30a.m. and 6:00p.m. Monday to Thursday and from 8.30am to 5.30p.m. on Friday.

Our hard working team is experienced in all aspects of clerking and administration. Each of them welcome enquiries about any aspect of Chambers work and will do their best to assist in that regard. If you would like to visit our Chambers to see what we have available please contact our Clerks.

We try as best we can to avoid the return of papers at all but where that becomes unavoidable we will always try and identify such cases early and always consult with the professional client concerning cover.

We have a system in place to ensure the speedy return of papers within agreed timescales. Fees are negotiated early and are effectively based upon the nature and complexity of the work and the expertise or seniority of Counsel involved.
